Full hydraulic and drainage package for Ampol's Alexandra Hills service station, delivered for principal contractor WSP Services Pty Ltd. Works included supply and installation of 110mm and 160mm HDPE pipework, oily water drainage system with gully pits connected to an oil separator unit, PVC SN8 roofwater and stormwater collection, and connection of all drainage to the existing council stormwater manhole outside the property boundary. Formwork, steel reinforcement, and concrete pit construction also completed to engineer's specification.

Also included construction of a sewerage manhole connecting Blu Brut pipe to the Logan Water infrastructure. All works delivered to AS/NZS 3500 and authority requirements.

Works encompassed complete site sanitary and stormwater drainage installation including 225mm UPVC civil sewer mains, reticulated cold and hot water services to all 44 units with individual sub-metering, civil fire and potable water meter connections, fire hydrant installation (spring hydrants with 100mm copper standpipe and concrete surround), PE100 poly pipe water reticulation throughout, overflow relief gullies, inspection shafts, jump-up inspection openings, and all associated fittings and commissioning. All works delivered to AS/NZS 3500 and Logan City Council authority requirements.
